Mugwort Essence

Ini adalah salah satu essence yang membantu breakout dan jerawat saya sembuh. Jadi setelah melahirkan anak ketiga tiba2 muka saya yang tidak pernah jerawat, tiba2 keluar jerawat selama 4 bulan, saya coba banyak sekali produk tetapi malah parah, setelah cari2 tau akhirnya coba I'm from mugwort essence ini. Tetapi di saya yg dasarnya kombinasi cenderung kering, agak sedikit membuat kering. Produknya gampang banget nyerapnya dan langsung terasa hydrating di kulit. Hydratingnya light banget rasanya, lebih light dibanding HT ku (whamisa deep rich, leegeeham B5 toner) tapi tetep masih hydrated. Aku pake 2-3 layer, setiap layer kurang lebih 2-3 drop gitu. Aku ngerasa essence ini memang memberikan efek calming, soothing, dan hydrating. Itu aja efek yang aku rasa selama 4 bulan pemakaian, di aku ga ngaruh untuk ngempesin jerawat. Untuk harga yang lumayan mahal bagiku, produk ini oke untuk calming dan soothing, it does what it claims anyway. But I don't think I'm gonna repurchase it due to its high price :D tapi kalau dikasih pilihan sih, aku jujur mau pakai produk ini lagi karena produk ini ga neko-neko dan i really enjoyed finishing the product hehehe. 

ENAK BANGET ❤️ Lembabnya luar biasa menghidrasi dan bikin kulit kenyang. Trus bener2 ngefek untuk meredakan kulit yang sensitif & kemerahan (apalagi kl di aplikasikan di kapas trs di tempelin kek sheet mask). Kalau pake essence ini, ke skip banyak banget step saking udah cukup. Biasanya saya pakai ini langsung setelah cuci muka dlm keadaan kulit lembab. Cukup 2 layer langsung pindah ke serum (vit c - pagi, retinol - malam) lalu pelembab (laniege cica sleeping mask/great barrier relief krave)

First of all, this mugwort line from i'm from had been catching my attention since last year. Mugwort, or in Indonesia, called Baru Cina, was the ingredient that became a trend in 2019 after the Cica (Centella Asiatica). The two ingredients are similar in that they both have the function of skin conditioning and relieve skin irritation. What's unique about this essence is that it contains only one or a single ingredient that is Artemisia Princeps (Mugwort) extract. The brand i'm from says that it has its own extraction process to extract the active ingredients from the mugwort plant (Slow Release Extraction), which also the reason why the price of this product is quite expensive aside from the mugwort itself being a relatively new and exclusive ingredient in skincare. The texture of this essence is lightweight, almost watery. For dry skin, you need to layer this more than once, maybe two or three times to really get the hydration you want. It has a woody, herbal scent, which is the signature scent from mugwort, so if you're not a fan of that scent, you might want to pass this essence. After weeks of using this, I can feel that it does a good job of improving my skin texture and preventing acne. My skin texture is becoming smoother, and for areas that usually I get hormonal acne on, I don't get them. Though, to be honest, I was expecting more from this essence, especially for my PIH, but no, it does nothing for that. Other than skin conditioning and hydrating properties, I can't say other benefits you can expect from this essence. And regarding the price, I think you can get more than those benefits from other products at a lower price. I bought this on a discount; the original price is around IDR 460,000, which, compared to its benefits, is so expensive. If you want to splurge and interested in trying Mugwort ingredient, this is not so bad to add. Otherwise, I suggest you try other skincare products that are more potent and affordable.

It’s very simple yet so eye catching👀 too bad this kind of packaging wasn’t travel friendly (too heavy and risky). 🍂 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙧,𝙏𝙚𝙭𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙩 This brown essence had a slight viscous texture, that makes the essence only needed a few drops to apply all over the face and neck. It smells like dried leaves, sage-like, some might be fascinated and some might hated it, I do loved it tho🥰 🍂 𝙄𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 The only ingredients available in this essence was Mugwort (Artemisia princeps) Extract. It is known for their anti-oxidant and anti inflammatory properties. In Korea, mugwort is considered as a healing herb for its antibacterial, anti-fungal, and skin-protective properties. Some studies likens it to Vitamin C as they are both packed with antioxidants. Mugwort targets dry, irritated skin effectively. Trials reveal that mugwort acts as an antioxidant, helping prevent damage caused by UV rays, as well as a collagen stimulator. Clinical trials to test mugwort on acne haven’t been done just yet. However, it’s proven to help decrease inflammation and kill bacteria. That powerful combination has the potential to treat breakouts, specifically red bumps and cysts. (Allure, 2018) 🍂 𝙈𝙮 𝙍𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙚𝙬 I’m using this as an essence on my #skincareroutine, a few drops only, to cover my entire face and neck. Sometimes I layered it up to 3 times. I loved how it hydrating my skin. I have #oilyskin, though it’s known for targeting dry skin, my oily skin does love it (though it doesn’t have any sebum controls properties). It doesn’t treats my PIH but I really love to do CSM after sun exposure on working hours. All is all, Mugwort is a great investment to put on you skincare routine! Have you tried Mugwort before?

Saya mengawinkan produk ini dengan Truecica Miracle Serum dari Some By Mi. Waw! Hasilnya bagus sekali! Dua produk ini tampak bisa bekerja sama dengan baik, terlihat dari frekuensi jerawat yang menurun secara signifikan sepanjang pemakaian. Sensasi menenangkan dan melembabkan sangat terasa. Satu hal yang agak mengganggu adalah konsistensi cairannya. Ternyata saya lebih suka dengan essence yang bertekstur cair seperti air, bukan cairan agak kental seperti yang dimiliki oleh produk ini. Apalagi saat saya mencoba untuk menggunakan Lancome Genifique setelah pemakaian essence ini, piling produk terjadi dan bikin kulit gak terasa nyaman. Terlepas dari itu semua, produk ini bekerja dengan sangat baik dan memberikan hasil nyata tanpa iritasi atau breakout.

pertama kalinya cobain ingredients yg ada mugwort nya...dannnnnn sesuka itu...bikin lembab...yg pntg ga ada reaksi negatif....bikin calming pas ada jerawat... n entah npa abis pke ini jerawat jg berkurang...jd cinta bgt sama kandungan mugwort...

Saat semua org berasa ini HG, tapi buatku ini biasa aja. Kalo review2 yg ada kayaknya kalo kulitnya lg iritasi bakalan lebih cocok, tp kalo emang udah pemulihan dari breakout jadinya biasa aja. Calming-nya jg biasa aja, mungkin kulitku bereaksinya ttp bakal biasa aja sm mugwort krn kalo tea tree jg begitu. Applynya kalo kondisi kulitnya kering produk ini lebih cepat nyerap dibandingin kulit masih agak basah/lembap & utk lebih hydrating mesti pke 2-3 layer. So, gak akan repurchase kecuali kulit lg iritasi.

Suka banget sama mugwort essence ini, yang paling aku suka wangi nya, wangi herbal daun2 gitu very calming Hyrdrating and soothing my skin. Pkk nya muka lg breakouts atau abis keluar seharian kena panas, atau abis pake make up tebel tap tap 2-3 layer muka jadi adeemmm dingin isinya banyak it will last more than 6 month

sy pakai sudah 2bulan..bagus bgt buat kulit yg iritasi.. dulu leher pernah iritasi smp merah bruntusan dan di pegang perih.. Di pakai ini langsung membaik di sore hari..pakai nya emank agak banyak.. tp hasil nya woowww.. mudah menyerap walaupun aku layer sm 3x..dan selalu pakai tangan di tap tap lebih menyerap.. klu over exfoliating dan perih di kulit wajah pakai kapas di kompres langsung perih nya ilang..
