Permeative Treatment Liquid

[7/10] This pump bottle contains a watery texture toner with a milky yet bulky color. There is also a moderate chemical-like scent. Packaging wise, the pump is helpful athough it tends to spit around due to its wide controller. The product doesn't introduce its star ingredients, but it contains glycerin, ethanol (based on the katakana— cmiiw), pecan extract, white mulberry extract, areca catechu seed extract, butter extract, and cholesterol (cc: Go Picky; different version may exist due to batch difference)— giving it a slight humectant yet emollient toner. It does contain fragrance, however. I can say it's rather moisturizing than hydrating since it often leaves me slightly over-moisturized when I layer this toner too much. Also, it leaves a slightly mattifying finish and since it contains alcohol but not tacky, with a bit of smooth feeling. Unfortunately, I have been pausing my usage on this since I noticed some textured patches after some time.
