Pro Prime Smudge Proof Eyeshadow Base

I’ve tried a lot of eye primer (when I say a lot, it means all that I can think of, from local to drugstore to the most expensive one- guerlain, ehm-that one sucks) My lids seems to hate eyeshadow so much, it always creases. Thats why I almost never wear eyeshadow. So thats my eyelid’s faults, not the products. The only eye primer that works is Urban Decay Primer Potion, but that one makes my eyeshadow not blendable (the eyeshadow kinda sticks to my lid). So again, still searching for the best one. But this one kinda works, doesnt make my eyelid sticky or the eyeshadow not blendable. So far so good ☺️
