Truecare Panthenol 10 Moisture Skin

teksturnya cair banget dan ga ada baunya. di kulitku yg combi cenderung kering, toner ini hidrasinya terasa banget. walaupun teksturnya kayak air, tp pake 2 layer aja udah bener2 cukup menghidrasi dan bikin adem kulit. untuk efek Calmingnya aku ga begitu ngerasain. tp aku suka banget efek hidrasinya.

it is a toner containing 10% of Panthenol to restore moisture to skin which is dry from within, without heaviness and ideal for toner layering. This toner is light and has a mild, pungent scent at first but gradually becomes subtle and odorless. Watery consistency, no viscosity and good for especially oily dehydrated skin type. In the morning I apply it with my hands, one layer is usually enough but I prefer to use cotton pads and let them sit on my face for a few minutes. Another great thing about it : is that even if I put multiple layers of toner for extra hydration, it doesn’t leave my face heavy or sticky at all. Overall, I do recommend this toner for those seeking extra hydration! And actually, i think this toner will be great for all skin types not only (oily skin, combi and oily dehydrated) but also, if you have a dry skin and want to try a very basic toner but can give you an extra hydration, go for this toner!
