Watery in consistency. Applies and absorbs well. Provides a decent amount of hydration. Feeling fresh and non-greasy. Has a subtle floral scent that dissipates quickly. Fits both morning and night routine,

𝗖𝗢𝗫𝗜𝗥 𝗨𝗹𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗛𝘆𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗧𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿= 3/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ A super light weight watery gel consistency. Fast to absorbs without leaving any tacky finish. On my skin= the hydration was not my kind of hydration as a toner. This is too light for me. I need to layer at least 3 times to achieve my kind of hydration as a toner. But one layer is enough as a skin prep or my first step as a prep before my ‘real’ hydrating toner. The finish is normal, I don’t feel any plump/suppleness. The smell is quite artificial but it’s okay. Would recommend this for oily skin. Conclusion it’s a basic average for me.
